I have to admit - I make the worlds worst pot of coffee. I don't know why, I follow the directions (I guess I should call it a recipe) and it still turns out sucky! I've recently switched from a Senseo coffee maker, which I loved because it made wonderful coffee one cup at a time. The only reason why I switched is because the "pods" for it are no where to be found here in MO. But I digress, what is the hidden secret to making great coffee?
I've worked in resaurants before so I know there its all pre-package and measured so that a perfect pot is made every time. But at home, you don't have a pre-measured amount for that pot of coffee - huge bummer! Any tips or suggestions for this coffee drinker in need?
