Cinnamon & Sugar Chips

Recipe #2 of the "Cooking with a Baby in the Background" (said, in a big theatrical voice). This recipe is great for a desert or snack! No more throwing away those extra tortilla's on taco night!

Cinnamon & Sugar Chips
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Tortilla (of your choosing, corn or flour or even pita bread)
  • Butter
All you have to do is cut the tortilla's into triangles to the size you want. Then dip the tortilla pieces in melted butter. Lightly sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and bake at 400 degree's for 8-10 minutes. Then while they are still hot shake them in a large ziplock back with more cinnamon and sugar. Done!

Side Note: 1 bag of 10 tortilla's makes approxiametly 3 trays of chips.
