So, the majority of my life I've made a point to not slouch when standing/sitting etc. I've always stood up nice and straight........until now. The weight that I'm now caring in front of me is pulling me down and hence making me slouch.
I know that its normal for pregnant women to have lower back pain, but mine is all in the upper part of my back. I find myself constantly saying to myself "geezzz....my back is killing me" - then I notice that my shoulders and head are bent over, and I straighten back up. Unfourtantly, after the back pain sets in I don't seem to get any relief until I go to bed and lay down.
I'm really trying to be conscious of my posture, but nothing seems to help....any suggestions?
Give birth! haha! I'm pretty sure a chiropractor would be able to do an adjustment even though you are pregnant. Otherwise, things will be better after the baby. The thing that was really hard for me was washing dishes cause you have to hunch over a little just to reach the dishes. Thank goodness for dishwashers!
ReplyDeleteYou know, now that I think about it, I used to have really good posture too. But, I'm always hunching over now. I think it has a lot to do with how out of shape I am though. I find it very difficult to workout and stay in shape nowadays.
