Going to the Pool
I took Monty to the pool for the first time yesterday and Monty positively hated it! Every time I put him in the water he screamed and cried uncontrolably. I tried everything I could think of. I held him, I sat him on a step. I let him watch other babies, let him watch me, tried a baby floaty - and nothing worked! He just hated it. I originally took pictures of him screaming (for my post of course) but something happened and they didn't come out, but here are a couple that did.

Awww, too bad the screaming pictures didn't come out. It always help me to take pictures of them when they're furious. I want to laugh instead of freak out.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry he didn't like the water. It's funny how different kids are. I took Caleb to the pool when he was about 4 months old and he was totally chillin' in his floatie. Ana doesn't chill though, she wants to get out there and swim already. So, they are all different. But, I do have a friend who's baby screamed at bath time, but now she loves the water. So, maybe by the end of the summer he'll be loving it.
